We, HR SHIPPING, train and select competent and qualified local seafarer and place them to
vessel corresponding to our partner’s need.
We have obtained crew manning agreement with global leading ship management company such as FLEET MANAGEMENT, MSI, WALLEM, ANGLO-EASTERN and are placing competent and qualified Korean officers including Master and Chief engineer.
Excluding current vessels, this year 2022, we are continuously adopting various type of vessels, TNKR/CNTR/BULK/VLCC.
Moreover, not using the old way where seafarer has to wait for embarkation confirmation, having qualified crew pool secured, we contact the company and make the seafarer join vessel to prevent them from waiting long.
And with the special case of COVID-19, we plan efficient crew replacement plan for our seafarers according to their will and hope with smooth working circulation on our self-managed vessels and overseas crew manning vessels preventing long period onboard and waiting.
